Market leading engineering and consultation company in explosion safety (hazardous area) compliance is looking for an office co-ordinator to manage office activities.

Administrative Coordinator

 

 

Tasks:

  • supporting the daily activities of general manager and managing director
  • monitoring and handling incoming enquiries from worldwide
  • filing, tracking, and administrating different projects
  • preparation and management of invoicing, purchase orders, receipts
  • managing intercommunication between internal personnel and external personnel (sister companies) related to projects
  • planning and tracking all travel, logistics, personnel, inspection activities
  • assistance with human resource activities such as onboarding, familiarization, etc

Requirements:

  • Secondary education
  • Languages
    • Hungarian – Advanced
    • English - Advanced or at least intermediate level of active English knowledge both verbally and in writing
    • German – Beneficial to have
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of administrative experience
  • High-level knowledge of MS Office applications (good command of Excel, Outlook)
  • Good communicational skills
  • Accuracy and reliability
  • Flexibility
